AUMSVILLE—Mrs. Mary Whitlatch, 74, resident of this area for 20 years, died Saturday night at the home, Rt. 1, Box 198. She was born at Bethel, Ore., and later lived in Idaho, where she married J. S. Whitlatch in 1913.

The family came to the Aumsville sector in 1941, where he operated a farm up to his death in 1954. Mrs. Whitlatch is survived by daughters, Mrs. A. E. Leese, Boise, Idaho; Mrs. Ron Hyskell, Seattle; Mrs. G. A. Sprong, Salem; Mrs. C. V. Ottoboni, California; sons, Paul, Aumsville; Roy, Idaho Falls, Idaho; Cecil, Yakima, Wash.; Jesse, Napa, Calif.; Richard, Alsea, Ore.; sister, Mrs. Lottie Fisher, Salem; 19 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Barrick. Interment will be at City Cemetery.
