Atha “Chic” Biggers, 88, of Brownlee Rd., Horseshoe Bend, ID passed away on Friday, June 20, 2014, at home after a battle with cancer.
She was born in Emmett on October 7, 1925, to the late Jennie and James Fuller. On October 13, 1947, she was married to the late Clinton Biggers.
She served the Sweet community on the election board and was a honorary member of the Syringa Club just to name a few.
She was also an Arizona snowbird for over 20 years. She is survived by a sister, Alice Penix; children, Jim and Geri Roberts, Don and Carol Roberts, Linda and Rol Parkhurst, Gary Biggers, and Pat Biggers; 14 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., on Friday, June 27, at the Potter Funeral Chapel in Emmett, with burial on Brownlee Mt. Visitation will be Thursday from 3-8 p.m. also at the Chapel in Emmett.
