From doing research, it looks like her father was George Richter and her mother was Maud. But it looks like Maude may have remarried somebody with the last name Routson and Lenora went by Routson most times.

Lenora was born in 1890 in South Dakota.

In 1921, she married Oscar Utley in La Grande, OR.

Oscar’s father was at one time Chief of Police in Weiser.
