Norman Warren
Norman E. Warren was born January 4, 1912 in Weiser, ID, a son of John E. and Anna Warren.
He married Edith Lowe on April 7, 1933 and they enjoyed 80 years together. He was in business with his father at Warren’s Dry Cleaners, 25 W Main in Weiser, and became owner in 1950 and retired in 1976.
He was active in the United Presbyterian Church serving as trustee and becoming an ordained elder in 1950. He enjoyed music and sang in the choir, also Church of Redeemer choir, for 65 years altogether.
He was an active member of Kiwanis for 25 years. He served on the City Council for 4 years and on the Hospital Board for 10 years.
Norman Warren
He loved his family and the outdoors; cycling, hunting, back- packing, fishing, boating, and ten- 5 nisan avid believer of exercise. He received his pilot license in 1946 and enjoyed flying for a 5 number of years.
Survivors include: wife Edith, daughter Sheri Andress (Newberg, OR), son and daughter-in-law Jim and Niki Warren (Boise, ID), daughter and son-in-law Linda and Bill Jenson (Eugene, OR), daughter and son-in-law Judy and Ed Solt (St. Louis, MO), five grandsons: Kip Andress, Daren Andress, Kevin Jenson, Chrys Warren, Travis Solt, 6 granddaughters: Cori Empron (Andress), Dana Klinger (Andress), Lisa Trumbull (Jenson), Melina Newell (Warren), Kaci Jensen (Solt), Kelli Harris (Solt).
Family suggest memorials may be made in his name to your favorite charity.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
