WEISER—Services for Arthur Robert Sutton, 31, of McCall, who died unexpectedly of a heart attack Monday night in McCall, will be conducted at Northam-Jones chapel Friday at 10:30 am. The Rev. Louis Allbrecht will officiate. Interment will be at Hillcrest.
Mr. Sutton was born June 24, 1927, in Payette and he lived for a number of years in Weiser, where his late father was a district court judge. He was graduated from Weiser High School in 1945 and served with the armed forces and the Army of Occupation in Germany for two years. He was graduated from the University of Idaho law school in 1952. He was married Oct. 13, 1950, in Moscow to Laura Elizabeth Burke and the couple lived in San Francisco for four years while he practiced law.
They moved to McCall May 30 from Trail, B.C. He was a member of the Congregational church and Phi Alpha Delta, national law fraternity. Surviving in addition to Mrs. Sutton are two children, Michael Joseph, 5, and Mary Paula, 2; two sisters, Mrs. Jack W. Jenkins of Nyssa and Mrs. Mark B. Calnon of Meridian, and an uncle, Robert V. Cozier of Sacramento, Calif
