EAST LIVERPOOL — Arlen Webb, 92, of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away Monday, Sept. 30, 2019.
Born in Weiser, Idaho on Jan. 25, 1927, he was the son of the late Arval and Virginia (Higginbotham) Webb.
Arlen proudly served in the United States Army. He was an Engineer for American Bridge. He attended Virginia Ave Church of Christ and he was a member of the N.R.A.
His first wife, Pat Webb and two sisters preceded him in death.
Surviving are his wife, Joann (Furbee) Webb of East Liverpool; two daughters, Amy (Bob) Custer of Pennsylvania and Emily (Paul) Dailey of Texas; step-daughters, Sarah (Dave) Nelson of Newell, Kelly (Andy) Katayama of Colorado, Mindy Michael of East Liverpool and Molly (Paul) Tyson of West Virginia; a step-son, Todd (Chris) Freeland of Lisbon; and 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held Friday, Oct. 4, 2019, from 11 a.m. until time of memorial service at noon, at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV.
