Robert Dean

Robert, age 73, member of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation, passed away at his home in Topeka. He was the son of John P. and Marian V. (Willes) Dean. He was a 1949 graduate of Weiser High School in Weiser, Idaho. He served in the USAF, 1950-1953, in the office of the Judge Advocate General in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Survivors include his wife, Lorretta, his mother, Marian Korup, his children, John Dean and Shelley Geraghty, two grandchildren, two stepchildren, five step-grandchildren, and his special friend, Lester Green.

He was preceded in death by his father and his stepfather, Francis M. Korup,

Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of his life will be held for his family and friends at a later date.
