BANKS — Services for Arthur L. Church, 51, Banks, who died Sunday at home after an apparent heart attack, will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Beatty-Potter Funeral Chapel by the Rev. John Duff of the Sweet Assembly of God Church. Interment will be in Brownleaf Cemetery.
He was born May 16, 1926, at Pinehurst. He lived at Emmett. He married Marie Coulter Nov. 14, 1953. He had lived at Banks for the last 22 years. He was a foreman for the State Highway Department. He served in the Army during World War II.
Surviving are his wife and two sons, Joseph and Russell, all Banks; a daughter, Gail Church, Meridian; three brothers, Fred, Elgin, Ore, Harry, Sweet, and Gene Church, Henderson, Nev.; and four sisters, Ethel Handley, Emmett, May Newell, Boise, Alta Yensen, Garden Valley, and Grace Newell, Henderson, Nev.
