WEISER, ID. July 13,—Mrs. Beulah (Haas) Caplan, wife of a leading business man of this city, died at 6 o’clock this morning of hemorrhage of the lungs and brain. She was ill but a few hours. She was downtown after supper, went home, and was taken with a severe chill. When the chill passed off, she was taken with a hemorrhage. Everything that medical science could do for her relief was done, but to no avail. She was married to M.M. Caplan about three years ago and leaves a babe of five months old.
Mrs. Caplan was a musician and vocalist of unusual ability, having taken a five-year musical course in the leading schools of New York City. She was born in this city and was a graduate of the Weiser High School and Weiser Academy.
