We are again called on to chronicle the death of an honest and esteemed citizen. On the morning of the 8th, inst., Mr. Clemans Ness a German and rancher about three miles above the Mineral Ferry died very suddenly. It is believed heart disease was the cause. He was buried in Mineral on the 10th, inst.
