THEATRE MONOPOLY AT WEISER

All Moving Picture Shows There Now Under One Control

WEISER, Aug. 24.—Sullivan & Meek, recent arrivals from Silver City, N. Mex., who will take over the Star Theatre here at the beginning of the month, closed a deal this afternoon to take over the Elk Theatre next Monday. This acquisition will give them a monopoly on the picture show business in Weiser. They plan to implement some extensive improvements.

Mr. Alexander, the former manager of the Elk, will return to Nampa and Caldwell where he has other theatre interests.
