WEISER—Memorial services were conducted Saturday at the Naval Air Station, Norfolk, Va., for Howard L. Ledington, 36, of Weiser, a chief petty officer in the Navy, who was killed in a plane accident over the Atlantic Ocean.
Mr. Ledington attended the Vale Grade School and was a graduate of the Weiser High School. He was a naval aircraft electronics technician chief and was stationed at Norfolk.
Survivors include his wife, Anna, two sons, George and Robert; one daughter, Angela, all of Norfolk; three brothers, Delbert Ledington, Mackay, Victor Ledington, Winslow, Ariz., and Robert Ledington, Payette; and two sisters, Mrs. Don Morgan, Weiser, and Mrs. Pearl Bowman of Butte, Mont.
