Metropole Coffee & Bakery

State & East Idaho Streets – Southwest Corner

The Metropole Coffee & Bakery was started in 2020 by Lynnette and Abigail Buller, a mother and daughter duo. Their vision to bring an upscale, sit-down coffee shop came to fruition just as the Covid pandemic was sweeping the nation. After a year long remodel, the bakery was able to open its doors in the historic downtown location.

Fast forward to today and a few things have changed. Excited to finally follow his life long dream, Sterling Blackwell purchased the coffee shop in September 2022. Not wanting to lose the historical impact the name carries, the coffee shop is now again called, The Metropole Cafe, and it continues to offer delicious coffee, now from Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters, and handmade, fresh baked goods.

They strive to create a welcoming location for everyone, and focus on offering quality products, of different ingredients and flavors, to help make Weiser stand out.
