DEAL IN WEISER REALTY Loan & Trust Company Purchases the Van Sicklin Building.
WEISER, March 8.—One of the most important property transfers that has taken place here for some time has just been completed whereby the Weiser Loan & Trust Company takes over the Van Sicklin Building on State Street, between Idaho and Main, now occupied by the Ternes Dry Goods Company.
The building is one of the most centrally located in the business center and will later be occupied by the trust company’s bank, which is now located in the Hotel Weiser block. This bank opened for business only a few months ago, and its patronage has increased so rapidly that larger quarters are needed, which resulted in the deal just closed.
